These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doctorlinkd.com (the “Service”), operated by Doctorlinkd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Definitions

  • “Platform”: Doctorlinkd.com telemedicine system

  • “Doctor / Clinician”: Licensed medical practitioner providing consultation

  • “User / Patient”: Any individual using the Service

  • “Consultation”: Online medical interaction via video, chat, or other digital means

Scope of Services

Doctorlinkd provides an online platform connecting patients with licensed medical practitioners for:

  • General medical consultations

  • Follow-up consultations

  • Medical advice and prescriptions (where clinically appropriate)

The Service is not intended for emergencies. Users must seek immediate in-person care when necessary.

Clinical Responsibility

  • All clinicians are independently responsible for their medical decisions

  • Online consultations follow the same professional standards as in-person care

  • The Platform does not replace clinical judgment

  • Doctorlinkd is not liable for individual clinical decisions

User Obligations

You agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You will not impersonate another person

  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes

  • You will follow medical advice provided

Failure to provide accurate information may affect care quality.

Prescriptions

  • Prescriptions are issued at the clinician’s discretion

  • Medications must be used only as directed

  • Users must obtain medications from authorized pharmacies

  • Users must report adverse effects and seek follow-up care

Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account

  • You must not share login credentials

  • Doctorlinkd is not liable for unauthorized account access

Payments and Fees

  • Consultation fees must be paid before or at the time of booking

  • Fees are non-refundable except as stated

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 3 hours before consultation

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable

  • No refunds once consultation has started

  • Refunds (if applicable) processed within 5–10 business days

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Doctorlinkd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Doctorlinkd operates.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
